Are all the products in stock or need to produce in specified time?
Yes, most of the goods are in stock. However, if buyer needs as per his/her vrequirement, it can be done which will require some time to process

Yes, all the pictures are taken by us.
Can I order 1 piece for trial order?
Sure, you can order only 1 pcs as sample, we will charge the sample fee initially but we will full refund once you make bulk order.
What is your shipping way, and how long does the goods take to arrive? For the order below 1000 pcs, we usually send by express (door to door), they are DHL, UPS and Fedex, it usually takes 3 to 10 working days to arrive for the order over 1000 pcs, we usually send by sea (port to port) or airway (airport to airport), it usually takes 10 to 30 working days to arrive
What is the payment way and can I make a few deposit first?
For the customized or OEM orders, yes, we accept 40% deposit first and 60% balance later .But for the stock items, we need to receive full payment before shipping because all goods are in stock, it will be shipped out very soon when you finished the payment.
What is the warranty?
we promise all the goods in right condition and quantity. If you find any defective goods or shortage once you receive it, please contact us immediately, and keep the goods in unused condition, If we find it is our fault, please send them back in specified time, we will full refund or send the new parcel to you thereafter. Please not that custom clearance problem in buyers side and not included in this warranty
